After we have connected and talked briefly about your project, you will meet with the designer in person. This meeting is to understand the scope of the clients project. Take photos and dimensions in order to be able to create an estimate of fees and build a timeline.

After gathering all the information, it will be put into a document that we both go over so there is a clear understanding.  Next we set dates to begin, depending on the type of project.

This phase is part of the presentation that will be about materials and planning. I will provide drawings and sample materials for the items involved in the design. We can visit showrooms together depending on what you need.

Please know that as a designer our emphasis is all about the built interior. So if you need a full kitchen or bathroom remodel, I have reliable contractors that I trust and have experience working with.

In every project there needs to be a budget for furniture. As an Interior Designer, I have access to several wholesale accounts for furniture and lighting. This is crucial because you benefit from my experience and knowledge about quality and value in furnishings. I always include wall color in my presentation.
